EPS foam insulation

Description

EPS foam board use plastic as the basic component, containing a large number of bubbles, also it can be said that 

it is based on gas as the foam filler composite plastic. Expandable polystyrene resin is that, polystyrene beads add 

a low boiling point of liquid foam, in the conditions, soak into polystyrene beads to swell, then can be made of onset 

polystyrene resin. In the case of heating, polystyrene soften and low boiling point volatile alkanes lead to expansion 

of polystyrene, for this principle, it pass bpre-fating, aging, forming, drying and cutting and other processing technology 

system to be made of polystyrene finished.

Application

Widely used in construction, insulation, packaging, refrigeration, daily necessities, industrial casting and other fields. 

Can also be used in display hall, window display, bulletin and toy manufacturing. In order to meet the current national 

building demand of energy saving, is mainly used in building insulation,Underfloor heating.
